CHOCOHOLICA
Chocoholica, a boutique chocolatier brand, wanted three new unique flavors and corresponding package designs. I took inspiration from my study abroad in Peru, and created three Peruvian style flavors; vainilla café, chile mango and pisco maracuya. The pattern is inspired by the colors of Peru, and the Nazca lines, which are a integral part of Peruvian culture and traditional beliefs. The colors were inspired by the rich colors of the landscape, pulled from photos I took in Peru.
You may notice that each chocolate bar is fitted with it's own unique flavor sticker which wraps around to the back where you will find the romance copy. Here you will find the description of the high quality ingredients and unique flavor pairings. When you open the package, you will also find an insert that explains the history of the Nazca lines and the names of each used in the pattern.
